The GNWT requests an extension to submit the DAR addendum in October 2025.

Public summaries of confidential Indigenous Knowledge documents submitted by the Pehdzéh Kı̨́ First Nation. The three documents are:

The DAR Addendum deadline has been moved from the end of March to April 11, 2025.

Correspondence between Pehdzéh Kį First Nation (PKFN) and the Review Board. The letter outlines that PKFN has not yet shared information regarding their land use, sensitive locations, and preferred alternative route because of confidentiality concerns.

This notice of proceeding provides notice that the GNWT has until March 7, 2025, to provide comment on Information requests directed to Indigenous Governments and organizations.

The Review Board plans to retain expert advisor Dr. Jim Oswell of Naviq Consulting Inc. His area of expertise is in infrastructure engineering on permafrost terrain. If any party has questions or concerns about the qualifications of the expert, or the potential for conflict(s) of interest or apprehension of bias, please let Review Board staff know by January 6, 2025.
