This document is an interim plan that is a requirement of the Norman Wells Operations water licence issued by the Sahtu Land and Water Board. Imperial proposes to use this ICRP to serve as a draft “Proposal for Development”. The ICRP can be used to inform and further develop a final Closure and Reclamation Plan.
