Imperial Oil NWT Ltd. proposes to use Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) to replace a broken flowline between Goose and Bear Islands at its Norman Wells Operations. This flowline is required to allow for continued oil and gas production for a third of the oil and gas field.
