1999 Environmental Scoping Report for the Mackenzie Valley Highway Extension from GNWT. This document was referenced in GNWT's answer to Pehdzéh Kį First Nation's question #2 from the technical sessions regarding earlier alignment studies (PR297 GNWT Responses to PKFN Questions from Technical Sessions, p.3).
