The following Information Requests seek clarification regarding roles, responsibilities, land tenure, jurisdiction, and governance arrangements associated with the closure and post-closure phases of the Project. Responses to the IRs will help the Review Board evaluate the adequacy, effectiveness, and durability of mitigation measures and oversight mechanisms, and determine whether potential environmental and socio-economic effects can be appropriately managed over time.

 The Sahtu Secretariat Incorporated (SSI) requests the Review Board extend the response deadlines for the Information Requests (IRs) on roles, responsibilities, land tenure, jurisdiction, and governance arrangements. Review is on the ORS.

High level meeting summary report from the Jurisdiction Workshop hosted by the Review Board on June 24, 2026.

Imperial's response to the IRs issued by the Review Board regarding the authorizations Imperial currently holds, as well as authorizations Imperial will require moving forward.

The Northern Participant Funding Program has approved the transfer of remaining participant funding from the Line 490 and the Norman Wells Operations Projects to support participation in the scoping phase of the Closure environmental assessment.
