Their decision on the Review Board's recommendation (as per section 131.1 of the Mackenzie Valley Resource Management Act) is to recommend there be consultation with the Review Board with respect to proposed modifications to multiple measures in the Report. The modifications and their rationale will be posted as Public Registry document number 307.
