The Mactung Project straddles the Yukon-Northwest Territories boundary and is located within the traditional territories of the Kaska Dena Nation and the First Nation of Na-cho Nyäk Dun and in the Sahtu Settlement Area.

This project is currently on the registry as an "Other Board Decision" because, on June 17, 2026, the Tulita Land District Corporation sent a letter requesting that the Review Board and YESAB conduct a coordinated review of this project. The Review Board and other parties addressed in the letter are considering the letter's requests.

There are no documents at this time.

The Tulita District Land Corporation raises concerns about the projects and suggests solutions, including a coordinated review of the project by the Review Board and the Yukon Environmental Assessment Board.
